on educating adults in relaxation, natural breathing and meditation techniques.
We teach TaeKwonDo in a fun, healthy, encouraging
manner!
We also provide a wonderful opportunity to lose
weight and grow self-esteem.

too old or stiff to try. Start with the grand-daddy of rejuvenating exercises:
TAI-CHI, a slow and graceful form of Kung-Fu, which is regarded by some as the
KING of all martial arts. It is performed daily by more than 200 million people
around the world. It is the most widely practiced exercise on earth. Combined
with Ki-Gong breathing exercises, Tai-Chi classes will make a new

DAYHAN has been a member of the
Darimar Martial Arts Federation since its inception and joined the United
States Taekwondo Union (replaced by USA Taekwondo) in 2002. USAT is recognized
as the National Governing Body for the sport of Taekwondo in the US. We are
also a proud member of the Universal Martial Arts Federation and have been so
since its inception.
